2016 New Year Message
I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very Happy New Year.
In 2015 was indeed a challenging year for Malaysians as we encountered issues after issues relating to economic, education, race and religious. We have managed it reasonably well.
In this new year, the leaders of the country as well as various leaders of non government organisation should actively reject extremism by promoting and practicing moderation for a peace and harmony Malaysia.
We will able to achieve our national goals and personal aspiration if Malaysians must stay united and harmony to pursuant these together as one nation.
Also, the government should continue its effort to eradicate corruptions by instilling element of honesty and integrity in public as well as private sectors. These will further strengthen our country as top destination for foreign investor to invest in our economy.
However, public safety is still the top priority of the people. In this regard, the government should put more effort in reducing crime rate and ensuring people continue to enjoy a safe and peaceful environment.
Also, it is hoped that during this year our politicians, instead of engrossing in constant politicking, they should put aside their differences, focusing on better managing the country and helping the people in this challenging economy environment especially the rising cost of living.
The government should continue to strengthen the economy and create a more economy activities and wider opportunities for all so that everyone will enjoy a better income and enhance the living standard.
Lastly, I wish everyone a Happy New Year and may god bless you with good health and happiness throughout 2016.
